You can always return the product within 7 days of receiving of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The product was purchased in the last 7 days. The product is in its original packaging You received. Make sure to take a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us for the product that is/are intended for return. Items that does not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and with the RMA number on below provided address.

Product Condition

  • If you received the product in torned /seal broken/Box damage or in any condition that it was not supposed to be; you are requested to contact support center immediately while having delivery man in front of you. Inability to do that, means you received the product in good & compact condition.
  • If you return a product by collecting RMN number, you have to return it on intact condition. Any torned /seal broken/Box damage or in any condition that it was not supposed to be conditioned product will not be considered for return.
  • If we receive any such product, we will not be able to refund you money; in such cases you will be requested to receive the product from CPL HQ. if you want home delivery again; shipping cost will be added accordingly.
  • In case of the product that will have DOA/DAP issues, you can avail service as per current apple service policy but cannot return or change the model.

Accounts Clearance

  • If you paid via online portal/cash on delivery or card on delivery, after returning product & after receiving it on iStore end it will take 7-10 working days to reimburse the amount the refund will be provided using the same payment channel if the product received in a returnable condition.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
